The brain is not just an organ; it is the core of who we are, housing our thoughts, memories, and deepest emotions. When faced with challenges like brain fog, anxiety, or memory issues, it’s easy to feel disconnected from our authentic selves. But the secret to reclaiming that connection lies in nurturing the energy within our brains.

In this first session, I will share not just knowledge, but authentic, tried-and-tested methods that I practice in my own life every day. Together, we’ll dive into a mix of practical theory and simple energy exercises, helping you reconnect with yourself and revitalize your mind from the inside out. These exercises will enable you to rediscover your true self—clear, focused, and resilient. Join me to embrace a path that feels real, empowering, and truly transformative.

Living authentically can significantly impact both mental and physical health, particularly the nervous system. When we suppress our true feelings, we trigger stress responses that lead to anxiety, fatigue, and even physical pain. Authentic living helps shift the body from stress mode to a state of calm, supporting nervous system balance. In this session, you’ll learn to recognize signs of inauthenticity and discover techniques to release tension and emotional buildup. Practical exercises will guide you to align with your true self and foster nervous system resilience. As you embrace authenticity, you’ll experience clearer thinking and enhanced energy. Join us to understand how living authentically can be a transformative tool for nervous system health and overall well-being.

Awaken Your THYROID

When there isn’t enough energy flowing through your thyroid, it can manifest as a variety of symptoms: slowed metabolism, weight gain, hot flashes, hormonal imbalances, chills, cold extremities, poor digestion, fatigue, anxiety, an increased need for sleep, dry skin, brittle nails and hair, and a weakened immune system. These symptoms often indicate a disconnection from our authentic self and an imbalance in our body’s energy.

Living authentically plays a crucial role in addressing these imbalances. By aligning with who we truly are, we allow energy to flow more freely and nourish our body, including the thyroid. In this third MasterClass, we’ll dive deep into the thyroid’s role and explore powerful exercises designed to boost energy in its channel. As we practice and reconnect with our authenticity, we support energy restoration and promote better health. Just as Nataša transformed her thyroid health through consistent practice, so can you.

I had issues with my thyroid and had been prescribed medication because I wasn’t producing enough thyroid hormones. Regularly boosting energy for proper thyroid function has allowed me to enjoy freedom without the need for tablets now.

Life Energy of the REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS

In the fourth  session, we will focus on the life energy of the reproductive organs. A lack of energy in the energy channel that nourishes the reproductive organs can manifest as lower back pain, difficulties with conception, painful menstruation, fibroids, polyps, impotence, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, a lack of satisfaction, feelings of insecurity and vulnerability, restlessness, absence of orgasm, premature ejaculation, and more.

We can change this by boosting the energy in this energy channel through regular practice of the exercises I will demonstrate in this session.

During my transition into menopause, I faced significant challenges. It felt like my familiar world was falling apart. That’s when I met Dr. Neja Zupan and her iVitalis exercises. Because she had a strong background, I trusted her and started doing the exercises for the energy of the reproductive organs. The lungs are deeply connected to our sense of self-expression, confidence, and the ability to stand strong in our own truth. When we live inauthentically, suppressing emotions or conforming to others’ expectations, it can manifest as physical symptoms like bronchitis, allergies, persistent colds, asthma, or even anxiety and fear. These are signs that the energy channel supporting the lungs is depleted.

In the fifth session we will explore this vital energy channel, learning effective and powerful exercises to replenish lung energy. These practices not only support respiratory health, especially during the challenging winter months, but also help you reclaim courage, self-worth, and the power to express your true self. By fostering authenticity, you can enhance your lung health and overall well-being, creating a balanced, resilient life.

I developed asthma in my youth. I took various medications, but my condition worsened. My wife met Dr. Neja Zupan and started practicing her exercises. I noticed that she had much more energy, so I decided to try them myself. I find that my health has stabilized, and I can breathe much more easily now.

Thank you to the Creator for leading me to our Neja, who taught me how to harness the magical power of my thoughts and hands, allowing me to become independent from the system and, above all, truly happy and fulfilled within.

In my life, I often struggled with feelings of unworthiness. Through this program, I learned that I am responsible for my own well-being.
